1. Overview

ADBO LLC and Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy (DBEA) strive to provide clear descriptions of classes, summits, workshops, memberships, and digital educational materials before purchase.

Because many offerings include immediate digital access, replay materials, downloadable content, or limited enrollment events, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of product or service purchased.

2. Live Classes & Live Summits

Refunds for live classes and live summits are available until the day of the first scheduled class or event session.

Once the live event, class, or summit has begun, refunds are no longer available.

If refund requests are approved:

  • access to related digital materials may be removed
  • replay access may be revoked
  • downloadable materials may no longer be available

3. Mini Classes, Workshops & Digital Replay Products

Because these products provide immediate access to digital educational materials, all sales are final.

No refunds are offered for:

  • mini classes
  • workshops
  • downloadable products
  • replay products
  • digital educational materials
  • recordings
  • PDFs or guides

4. Memberships

Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are provided for partially used membership periods unless otherwise required by law.

Members retain access through the end of the current billing period.

5. Event Rescheduling & Changes

ADBO LLC reserves the right to:

  • reschedule events
  • substitute speakers or topics
  • modify schedules
  • convert live events into digital or replay formats if necessary

These changes do not necessarily qualify for refunds.

6. Refund Request Process

Refund requests are generally processed through ThriveCart.com using Stripe.com as the payment processor. Your bank or credit card statement may display ADBO LLC as the merchant name.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact these vendors as needed regarding payment processing or refund-related questions.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of access to digital products, courses, memberships, or services associated with the purchase.

Please retain your purchase receipt or confirmation email for your records. Refund request links and purchase information are typically included in your ThriveCart confirmation email.
