These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ADBO.com and the pages, materials, services, programs, and resources made available through that website.

The website is operated by ADBO LLC, doing business as Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy, also referred to in these Terms as “ADBO,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

References to the “Site” include ADBO.com and any other domain names that redirect or point to pages hosted on ADBO.com. Programs, services, and resources presented through the Site may include Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy, Holistic Health Assessments, Medical Astrology Assessments, OM Integration Transformation™, Wu-Shen Integration Transformation™, ADBO Consulting, Essential Oils resources, Diamond Source Light, Dancing Bear Publishing, and legacy Dancing Bear materials.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Site and its paid services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

By using the Site, registering for a program, scheduling an assessment, or purchasing a product or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.

2. Educational and Informational Purpose

The information provided through the Site is offered for educational, informational, and personal-development purposes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Site content does not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another form of licensed professional advice.

Health-related information, assessments, classes, programs, and suggestions are subject to the separate ADBO Disclaimer. You are responsible for deciding whether information or services offered through the Site are appropriate for you and for consulting an appropriate licensed professional when necessary.

The registered ADBO® name and logo and the registered Dancing Bear® name and logo are trademarks and service marks of ADBO LLC protected under United States trademark law. They may not be used without prior written permission.

Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy™, OM Integration Transformation™, Wu-Shen Integration Transformation™, and associated names, logos, graphics, and program identifiers are trademarks or service marks claimed by ADBO LLC. They may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, ownership, or authorization without written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, quotations, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, accounts, or connected systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the ADBO Refund Policy and any additional terms clearly presented for a particular offering before purchase.

Access to digital materials and programs is provided only to the individual purchaser unless the offer expressly permits sharing or group access.

The Site may link to or use services operated by third parties, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, email providers, video platforms, mobile applications, social-media platforms, and affiliate partners.

ADBO LLC does not guarantee any particular health, personal, educational, professional, financial, spiritual, or business result from using the Site or participating in an assessment, course, program, event, or service.

Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another person will obtain the same result.

8. Site Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all Site content will always be complete, current, accurate, or free from errors.

We may revise, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its content without notice.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, income, profits, business opportunity, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADBO LLC, its owner, contractors, representatives, and affiliated programs from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Yavapai County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a legal action, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any terms presented for a specific purchase or program, constitute the agreement between you and ADBO LLC concerning your use of the Site.
